Our Startup accountancy offer provides you with everything you need to make sure your company is set up correctly from the beginning. You can avail of this offer for €120+VAT per month for 18 months.

Businesses of this size can vary so we would typically meet you assess your business and offer a competitive quote, it would depend on our workload, your records and specific business.

As a general guideline:

Construction – Turnover €150,000 –  €800,000  1 staff – 15 staff   our fee would be between €150 – €700  ex vat per month 

Pubs, Cafes, retail and services Turnover €350,000 –  €800,000  1 staff – 30 staff   our fee would be between €350 – €900  ex vat per month 

Large businesses –  Turnover €900,000 –  €1,500,000  1 staff – 50 staff   our fee would be between €550 – €1200  ex vat per month 

Our fees are dependant on our own workload, your industry complexity – but we always charge a fair and reasonable price.

What's included in this service?
  • Certificate of Incorporation - This is a simple but important digital document that the Companies Registration Office (CRO) issues. This confirms that your company is incorporated in Ireland and it shows the company registration number
  • Company Constitution - This is a document that sets out the rules of how you wish your company to regulate its affairs. We give you a standard constitution which adheres to the Companies Act 2014 so you don’t need to draw one up. We provide this for you when you register your company with us
  • Share Certificates -This is a record of shareholders names. It lists how many shares they hold and it is signed by the director and secretary of the company
  • Schedule of Company Officers - This is a list of all the company directors and the secretary
  • CRO Fees - These are filing fees for incorporation that we include in our price so there are no hidden extras later
